letter 16: well...it finally happened
hey qt’s,
well…it happened…after 2 years of dodging it, I got COVID-ugh.
luckily, my symptoms are mild and it feels like a common cold, but still, feelin’ sick is no fun. i’ve been drinking hella teas, taking an assortment of vitamins (slippery elm, NAC, oregano oil, probiotics, chlorophyll, & fish oil), and sweating in my sauna.
take this as a sign to make sure you have at-home tests handy (many insurance companies in the U.S. are covering the costs of it so double check before spending your own $) and test yourself if you’re feeling icky.
sent from bed,
Cat, a gal tryin’ her best

with that said, i’m going to try out the community suggestion format out for another few weeks and hope it works more organically, if not, i’ll switch back to the previous format and will send out newsletters bi-weekly instead.
you’ll probably blast this set every evening this week
