i recently decided to go on somewhat of a detox by deciding to eliminate dairy, sugar, gluten, and alcohol from my diet for at least 1 month. for the first time, i’m really learning to listen to my body and take note of the small ways food impacts my energy, mental clarity, and overall mood.
with that said, i’ll be including more food related suggestions/info so i can pass along what i’m learning along this journey.
